Our operation in Brazil began in 2012 and we are located in the city of Itu (SP) in a plant of 10,000 m2 built. We are headquartered in Singapore and are present in four other countries in Asia.
It has an industrial park with 29 injection molding machines with an injection capacity ranging from 75 to 750 tons of closing force, and a gas injection system, in addition to a tooling structure to support production.
Its quality system complies with the IATF 16949 standard requirements.

These characteristics allowed Sakura Tech Brazil to be integrated into the supply chain of renowned national and international companies, having as its main segments the automotive, electronics and telecommunications.
We also act as contract manufacturing for a large international group, supporting the production of their goods in Brazil. In this assignment, we add planning and purchase of national and international inputs, injection of components, hot stamping and ultrasonic welding operations, assembly, and final packaging.
Sakura Tech Brazil understands that quality of service is perceived through the commitment of its employees to the maintenance and stability of its production processes. It establishes its quality management system in accordance with IATF 16949, providing concepts and controls in line with the requirements of each served segment.
Additionally, we also meet the requirements for traceability of raw materials according to the UL QMMY2 standard, a specific requirement for exported electronics
Our metrology’s main measuring equipment are two CNC three-dimensional measuring machines, a spectrophotometer for color measurement, gear tester, and a profile projector, in addition to conventional measuring instruments.
